Congratulations to the Blogger folk on getting their Blog This functionality embedded in the Google toolbar. Should have used the Blogger API so it would work with all blogging tools, but that’s just my opinion of course. [Scripting News]
Maybe I’m the only one this occured to (!) but Google is in the business of marketing their product and one of those products happens to be Blogger. By NOT using the Blogger API they drive business to their software. If people want to use the “blog this” button on the Google Toolbar they’ll sign up for a Blogger weblog giving money to Google. Contrary to popular belief Google is a business and businesses are about making money.

I’ve talked to several other MT users and they’re getting the same problem. I wonder if Radio Userland people are having this problem?
It’s too bad if this is something that is being done on purpose. That would mean prejuidice has invaded the weblog community and money is more important.
Truth be known, we came home early from camping because I was out of coffee. I gots my priorities in order. 
WTH is with Billy Corgan and Zwan? When did Smashing Pumpkins break up? It’s not like it sounds different than Smashing Pumpkins. What’s even better is that if you go to smashingpumpkins.com you get redirected to the Zwan website.
What am I going to be doing for my vacation since our camping plans have been canceled?
So far I’ve managed to spend the day getting my haircut with my wife and visiting my sister. I’ve also picked up a copy of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Chapter 4 already and I have to admit it’s a great book. Stiill curious to see who dies. I have my suspicion but we’ll have to wait and see.
