Exotic Foods on Flickr

Something I’ve noticed on Flickr: people like to take pictures of food.
It’s very strange. It’s almost as if they’re saying “God, I can’t believe I’m going to eat this.”
Keep that statement in mind next time you’re browsing someone’s pictures on Flickr. It’s particularly funny when you see a photo of less exotic food like….say…McDonald’s french fries. Still works though. 
“God I can’t believe I just ate stale cardboard with simulated potato flavoring extruded into a fry shape and deep fried in oil. Mmmm mmmm good!”
when we were at the airport last march waiting to fly to Italy, there was a large group of Japanese students and young adults. they spent a very large amount of time photographing their food and eaach other with their food. just eat the damn stuff already!!!
