Ubuntu Rocks!
I am stoked about Ubuntu Linux. It's the most highly developed, easty to install, easy to use, FREE, version of Linux I have ever used. Last night I spent about an hour using apt-get to add packages and it was incredibly easy and fast.There's great instructions over at Ubuntuguide.org for adding things, configuring your computer, setting up servers, and even just making your system run right.
If you want to give it a try to see what I'm talking about there's a live version available from that runs from either your cd or dvd drive available for download and it won't harm your existing operating system.
Awesome stuff.
