Don't Ask For Help
Holy crap! I just got an auto-response from Mozilla.org that ALMOST makes me want to go back to IE on my pc. Check this out.

$40 for telephone support or $5 for email? I guess they don't have any say over what their partners charge but....it's a good thing I can usually figure these things out on my own.
